50 gms grated raw papaya
100 gms finely shredded cabbage
50 gms finely shredded carrot
50 gms finely sliced capsicum (red/yellow/green)
50 gms chopped spring onion
1 nos green chilly (optional)
5 tbsp sprig toasted sesame oil-
20 gms ginger
1 tsp sprig coconut sugar
1 pinch salt as per taste
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
Directions
Combine the coconut sugar with the soy sauce, lime juice and salt.
Add the sesame oil and grated ginger to this. Combine well to make a dressing.
Mix all the vegetables in a large bowl. Add the dressing and toss well.
Garnish with the chopped spring onion.
